ONLINE ABSTRACT SUBMISSION

When submitting your abstract, you will be asked to do the following:

Create a username and password to gain access to the online abstract submission system.  This username and password will allow you to submit multiple abstracts and edit your abstracts until the deadline. IMPORTANT NOTE: usernames and passwords created for previous meetings are not retained by the abstract submission system. You should create a new user name and password to submit your abstracts for this ISNV meeting.

Select the session(s) which best fit your abstract (you may select more than one)

Enter name, affiliation and contact information for the submitting author

Enter names and affiliations of all co-authors
Enter the title of the abstract.

Cut the body of the abstract from your text document and paste it into the abstract window.  It is recommended that you create your abstract in a word processing program first.  Avoid greek letters and symbols.  Tables, charts, or other graphics may not be included.

Trainees who wish to apply for a travel grant should indicate so during the abstract submission process by picking the appropriate box.  Trainees must be graduate students or postdoctoral fellows. Travel grant requests must be made to the ISNV Administrative Offce at isnv@jneurovirol.com at the time of abstract submission and therefore must be received by the abstract submission deadline.

Once the abstract has been electronically submitted, an email confirmation of receipt will be sent to the presenting author's email address.  Submitted abstracts may be modified by the presenting author using the user name and password until the deadline.
